Pam Policastri, a Principal Technical Recruiter, has interviewed thousands of candidates over her 29 year career. Her experience is unique in that she has sat at both the recruiting and hiring manager sides of the table during the recruiting process and knows what both are looking for when they consider candidates. 

The first decade of Pam's career was software testing and managing Software Test Engineers and Software Development Engineers in Test at Microsoft. She later became an in-house Recruiter for Microsoft, Expedia Group, TripAdvisor, and other Fortune 5oo companies, where she has partnered closely with VPs and their leadership teams to create recruiting strategies and secure top notch talent. 

Pam holds a dual degree in Computer Science/Mathematics from Colgate University. She resides in the Seattle area, thus the business name.
